What does a transaction coordinator do?

We handle all the paperwork, deadlines, communication, and compliance involved in a real estate transaction so agents can stay focused on their clients instead of admin tasks.

When should an agent bring in a transaction coordinator?

Most agents bring us in as soon as a contract is ratified. This helps us keep timelines, documents, and communication organized from the very beginning.

Do you communicate directly with clients, lenders, and title companies?

Yes. We communicate with all parties throughout the transaction to keep everyone aligned, informed, and moving smoothly toward closing. This is done via email, group texts and/or phone calls, all depending on the client’s communication preferences.

What types of transactions do you support?

We support residential listings, all residential contract-to-close transactions (including dual/designated agency deals), land transactions and referrals. If you have something that falls “outside of the box”, drop us an email or give us a call!

How will I know what’s happening with my transaction?

You’ll receive clear updates, timeline reminders, and status check-ins at each stage. We make sure you always know exactly where every file stands.

Do you handle multiple transactions at once?

Absolutely. Our systems are designed to keep multiple files organized, efficient, and on track without sacrificing attention to detail.

How does payment work?

The majority of agents pay per transaction directly via their broker’s transaction portal once the file has closed and funded. Other payment arrangements can be made as long as they are discussed at the time of contract submission. If a transaction falls through prior to closing (definitely not the goal but we all know it happens from time to time!), a nominal fee may be charged depending on the amount of work performed on the file prior to termination.
